, Labor Doula Services

Free Consultation
You are pregnant! Congratulations! Interested in my services as a labor and birth doula? Let’s sit down and chat over coffee or tea and see if we are a good fit! If schedules don’t cooperate, a phone consultation can also be arranged!
2-3 Prenatal visits
We will meet up at least 2-3 times (time permitting) throughout your pregnancy to discuss your pregnancy and upcoming birth. Bring your ideas, concerns, visions, fears, etc. to the table and we will work through them together! We will discuss your birthing options and vision for your birth and create a plan of action together. I also have many educational resources I can share to help you feel informed and empowered in your decisions!
On-call support
I will be available to answer questions and address concerns throughout the course of your entire pregnancy and postpartum journey via phone, text or email. From 37 weeks on, I am on-call 24/7 for you. During the labor process, I will meet you when my support is desired, either in your home or at the hospital/birthing center. I will remain with you throughout the entire labor and delivery process and see you get settled comfortably into your postpartum space. If you choose to breastfeed, I will also provide support in achieving a good and comfortable latch if desired.
Postpartum Visit(s)
Once you are settled in at your home and have had adequate time to bond with baby and rest, I will come over for a postpartum visit. I will check in on your breastfeeding progress (if applicable), and provide referrals for lactation consultants if needed. I can help you process and talk through your birthing experience and answer any questions you may have. Other things I may do (if desired): I can snuggle your sweet newborn while you get some
Postpartum services
$20/hr
Postpartum Doula: $20/hr (daytime hours-up to 6 hours at a time), $25/hour (nighttime hours-up to 6 hours at a time)
Are you home and settled in, but feeling exhausted or unsure of your abilities? No need to feel alone!!! I’ve been walking this journey as a mother for over 10 years now, and have helped many mothers along their journey as well! Let me come and snuggle your baby for a few hours while you get some much needed (and uninterrupted!!!) sleep.
Need some help around the house? I can come and help ease that burden! I’ll throw in some laundry, do some dishes, organize baby stuff and help you whip up some basic healthy meals for the upcoming days.
Having a baby is such a beautiful experience, but it can also be tough. Know this: nobody expects you to be superwoman 🙂 There are people (like myself!) who are here to help you navigate these new waters if you want the help!
Who Do I Serve?
I believe every family deserves to have a doula at the births of their children! Whether this is your 1st baby or your 10th, I am here for you! I am available to serve all mamas, whether you are giving birth in the hospital, birth center or home! I will travel an hour radius of Cincinnati, Ohio. I will also work on payment plans, so please don’t hesitate to ask!
